How long does a new website take to build?

Most Solo Monster builds go live within 48 hours depending on how much content is ready. Authority Monster builds take a little longer between 1 and 2 weeks.

Is there a long contract?

No. We bill monthly and you can cancel any time with just 30 days notice. You only pay a one-off setup fee on day one, then your monthly hosting & maintenance on a rolling basis.

Will my website be SEO-optimised?

Yes — every site ships with on-page SEO, local schema markup, fast Core Web Vitals and a Google Business Profile set-up. Our Business plan includes a first-month ranking check-in.

Can I add Quote Monster or Round Monster later?

Absolutely. Quote Monster is included in the Business Plus plan, and both Quote Monster and Round Monster can be added to any Chase Custom website at any time.

Do you still offer SEO-only packages?

We don't sell standalone SEO packages any more — the SEO is baked into the build. For ongoing growth we recommend our Ad Monster Facebook/Instagram ad management service.

Who do I speak to if something breaks?

Us, directly. Every Chase Custom website is maintained by our UK team — no freelance ghosts, no broken plugins, no third-party support queues.
