Our agency Business ID
When Meta asks for a partner Business ID, paste this. It is Chase Custom's Meta Business Portfolio, not a personal Facebook profile.
We never need your Facebook password. You add Chase Custom as a partner with our Business ID, then tick the ad account, Page and pixel we should run.
Step 4 uses this number
When Meta asks for a partner Business ID, paste this. It is Chase Custom's Meta Business Portfolio, not a personal Facebook profile.
We'll send you this number by email or WhatsApp. If you don't have it yet, message us and we'll reply the same working day.
It looks like a long number (around 15 or 16 digits). No spaces, no letters.
Sign in to Facebook with the account that owns your ads, then open Business settings.
This is where agencies are added. Do not add us as a person under People.
There are two Add options. Pick the one that gives us access to your ad account, not the one that asks us for ours.
This is the box people miss. Meta asks for a partner Business ID, not an email and not a Page name.
Give us permission to run campaigns. Leave billing and ownership with you.
Ads cannot run without the Page and tracking pixel attached to the same business.
Create ads / manage content. We need this to run ads from your Page, not a personal profile.
Advertise. Only if your Instagram is linked to the Page.
View and manage (or Full control on the dataset). This is how Meta learns which leads become jobs.
Access is instant on Meta's side. We still need a nudge so we can check it and start the campaign.
If the link above asks you to create a business, you probably only have a personal Facebook Page. Create a free Business Portfolio first (Meta walks you through it), claim your Page and ad account, then come back to step 1. Official help: Give a partner access to your assets.
Screenshot the screen you're on and send it over. We'll talk you through it. We reply within one working day.
