Enter your Chase Custom address and we'll show you exactly what to type into your mail app — or download a profile for iPhone and Mac.
What to enter
Username is always your full email address. Password is the mailbox password we sent you. Tap any row to copy it.

Recommended
Set it up in Spark Mail
The app we recommend on phone, tablet and computer. One inbox, works the same everywhere. Spark doesn't use a downloadable profile — paste the settings above into Additional Settings and you're done.
- Install Spark, open it, and add an account.
- Type your email address and your mailbox password.
- If Spark doesn't recognise the mailbox, choose Private email account (or Other / IMAP) then Set up manually.
- Open Additional Settings (Android) or Advanced Settings (iPhone) and paste:

- Tap Add / Sign in. Mail should start arriving within a few seconds.
iPhone, iPad or Mac Mail
Prefer Apple's built-in Mail app? Download a profile pre-loaded with the servers and your address. After it installs, you'll only need to type your mailbox password.
- Open the download on the iPhone, iPad or Mac you want to set up.
- Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management (iPhone / iPad) and tap the Chase Custom profile, then Install.
- On a Mac, double-click the file and follow System Settings → Profiles.
- Enter your mailbox password when asked. Done.
Using a different app?
Same servers everywhere. Pick the app you're using.
The profile above is quicker. To add it by hand: Settings → Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account. Use IMAP, the incoming/outgoing servers above, and your full address as the username on both incoming and outgoing. Then open the account → Outgoing Mail Server → Primary Server, turn SSL on, port 587.
Mail → Add Account → Other Mail Account. Enter your name, address and password, then Sign In. When it asks for servers, choose IMAP, incoming imap.your-domain.co.uk, outgoing smtp.your-domain.co.uk. Ignore the first "unable to verify" message: that's Mail looking in the wrong place before you type the servers.
Add Account and enter your address. If Outlook doesn't finish automatically, choose manual IMAP setup with the servers above, port 993 in / 465 out, SSL on both, and tick My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
We still recommend Spark on Android. In Gmail or the stock Mail app: Add account → Other → IMAP. Incoming imap.your-domain.co.uk port 993 SSL, outgoing smtp.your-domain.co.uk port 465 SSL, username = full email on both.
To send from Gmail as your Chase Custom address: Gmail Settings → Accounts and Import → Send mail as → Add another email address. SMTP server smtp.your-domain.co.uk, port 587, your full address and mailbox password, secured connection on. To read mail in Gmail, add the account as IMAP using the incoming settings above, or just use Spark.
Check it in webmail first
If an app throws an error, log in at webmail with the same address and password before changing anything else. If webmail works, the mailbox is fine and the app settings need another look. If webmail won't let you in, the password is the problem — skip the apps and contact us to reset it.
